About the event
You don’t need a big backyard to grow potatoes—or a big budget to enjoy them! In this fun, interactive class at Hubbard Hope Farm, you’ll learn affordable ways to grow your own potatoes in containers or garden beds, followed by tasty ideas for turning them into hearty, plant-based meals.
We’ll walk through how to get started growing your own spuds, and you’ll receive a beautifully designed workbook with growing tips, budget strategies, and 6 oil-free, plant-based recipes.
Then, enjoy a sit-down build-your-own potato bar with all the fixings—garlic, greens, beans, sauces, and more—all made with real food, grown with love.
This class is part of our From Farm to Finances series—designed to help you grow, cook, and thrive.
